Guardrail Server Agent Safe Database Tools

MCP server exposing safe database tools for LLM agents — auth, input validation, existence checks, Redis-backed rate limiting, and audit logging guard every write. Tested via both a regex-based demo client and real LLM tool-calling through Claude Desktop. Built with Python, SQLite, and Redis.
