About Mainspring
Mainspring is an MCP server in the Healthcare category: a self-hosted personal health dashboard that ingests biometrics from Garmin and Google Health, accepts nutrition and behavior logs via Claude (MCP), and surfaces lag-correlation analysis between lifestyle habits and recovery metrics. Single SQLite file, single Docker container.
Install
git clone https://github.com/danmarg/mainspringThis server has no ConduID identity, so agent calls to it are not receipted. Pin the version you install and review the source before granting it credentials.
