Samwise

Samwise is the loyal tool that helps a developer carry their work: it bootstraps a repository's AI-assistant setup (skills, hooks, MCP servers, settings) for Claude Code, and (via renderers) for OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot. Vendor- and org-neutral core; org-specific values are supplied at init time via flags/prompts or an optional --overlay file. Idempotent and re-runnable.
