SysReptor MCP

FastMCP server for operating SysReptor projects and findings with defensive validation. The goal is to let agents such as Codex and Claude read and update SysReptor reports without relying on implicit context. Write operations require an explicit project_id, live report validation, and repeated confirmation fields before data is written.
