1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Conduid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Conduid is a marketplace and directory for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. We provide discovery, analytics, trust scoring, and monetization tools for MCP server builders and users.
3. User Accounts
You may sign in using GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Server Listings
Conduid indexes MCP servers from public sources. Server builders can claim their listings to manage descriptions, analytics, and monetization. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or functionality of any listed server.
5. Payments
Paid server subscriptions are processed through Stripe Connect. Conduid retains a 20% platform fee. Refunds and disputes are handled according to Stripe's policies.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to distribute malware, scrape data for competing services, impersonate others, or engage in any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Conduid is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any MCP servers listed on the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
